The name "little willow" was given to me by my dad; it was so long ago, and I was so young, that neither of us remember exactly when he started. But it's been my special and endearing nickname for as long as I can recall. 

 

   My love for repainting and re-purposing furniture, and whatever else I can get a hold of, comes from my mom. Growing up,  she painted furniture, sewed clothes and dolls, stenciled what we had. She always took what we had and made it new and wonderful again.

   My faith is what brought me to this venture. A discussion about passion in church got me praying, and in praying I told God that I felt like I didn't have a passion. That internal, still, quiet voice asked, 'What do you like to do?'  So I thought, I like fixing up furniture, and making special, personalized things for others. The voice asked, and I could almost hear the smile, 'And..?'  ..and that's when it hit me. My passion.
